Team changes: COL out, RS1 out, RS3 out. Alert Club moving to RS3 RS1 reformed under Justin Esh
Dues changes: Monthly (5 payments) increase to $230 (weekly increase to $42, registration reduced to $150) to benefit banquet prizes. Voted in with some reservation from VP/Treasurer.

Season schedule: 24 weeks 3 cycles (21 weeks) plus 2 midcycle 2 week crossovers
Banquet changes: increased revenues for better pool related grand prizes. Regular door prizes will be bulk items 3 or 4 choices 
App development: Looking to retire current scoring program and paperwork for a simple phone-based scoring app. Price will determine implementation. Rodger has contact possibility.
Trophy and awards modifications: Offer cash awards instead of trophies. Vote unanimously yes
